How do I register: Click the “Register Today” button at the top of our page or go to the home page.

What equipment is needed: See the Boys and Girls specific pages for more information.

What is the uniform: Each player will enter their sizes for game uniforms during registration. This consists of a reversible jersey and shorts and is part of registration fees. No jersey is required for practice, but previous years jerseys are welcome for practice purposes.

When does the season start: Practice starts indoors in March.

How long is the season: Practice starts indoors in March and goes outdoors April 1st. The season will run to but not including Memorial Day Weekend.

Where are games: See the Boys and Girls specific pages for more information. Locations to games will also be included when TeamSnap is updated for the season.

What skills are needed to play lacrosse: Skills are not as important as listening and paying attention. Lacrosse is a sport that is unique to most, but is a combination of soccer, football and basketball. Each grade has a number of new faces each year. There is no age where you are too old to try to learn. Friends, neighbors and old teammates end up fill the rosters to try something new and stay active in the spring.

Are there summer camps: Yes. North Hunterdon High School runs a summer camp in July and other local programs such as Q4 and Del Val High School have camps and summer clinics. Contact us for more information if you’re looking to do more.

How are teams divided: Teams are made up by grade level. Depending on registration numbers, we typically have a combo team for 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, 7th/8th. If enrollment allows, we may split the teams into individual grades. For safety reasons, the league allows players to only play up 1 grade but cannot play down.
