Mission statement

The overall goal of the Junior Lions Lacrosse program is to inspire and provide the youth of our community an opportunity to discover, learn, participate, and  develop the skills, character and appreciation for the game of lacrosse. As a program we will introduce the foundation of fundamental skills and game strategy.  We provide a positive coaching and instructional environment that will teach the concept of sportsmanship and the value of teamwork and determination, which will help to grow the love for the game!

About Jr. Lions Lacrosse:

The North Hunterdon Jr. Lions Lacrosse program offers a lacrosse program for boys and girls in grades K-8 for residents of the North Hunterdon High School sending district.  The club is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and is a member of USA Lacrosse.

It is our goal to teach the game of lacrosse and prepare our players for the next level in high school. Many of our players are friends, neighbors and teammates in other sports. We hope to instill community stewardship in each of our players to take with them beyond each season.

As a volunteer organization, there is much we would not be able to accomplish without the help of our volunteers and the support of our player families. We continue to thank all those who put their time, effort and finances into our program for their help. We look forward each season to seeing familiar faces and greeting new ones and welcome you into our program!
